Mountain-climbing Reiki practitioner back in base camp
Another lesson from mountain climbing is that the descent can be even more difficult than the ascent. We're happy to pass on the news that Mountain-climbing Reiki practitioner Santiago Quintero has made it back to base camp with the help of supplemental oxygen, his fellow climbers, and two sherpas. Although he made it to the summit of the world's fifth-highest mountain without supplementary oxygen, he came down with severe altitude sickness and needed help on the way down. MountEverest.net reports that he is now in stable condition recovering from high altitude cerebral edema. His fellow Reiki practitioners from around the world send healing energy his way, and best wishes for a swift and complete recovery.
