Celeb-Reiki takes the plinth at Trafalgar Square

What would you do if you had a chance to stand on the famous fourth plinth at Trafalgar Square in London and address the crowds below? Reiki practitioner Hilary Wilson of Hemel Hemstead, U.K., took a turn on the plinth August 5, and used her time there to talk about and demonstrate Reiki and lead the crowd in meditation. That makes her this week's Celeb-Reiki. Wilson got on the plinth as part of a performance -- and participation -- art project designed to give regular people of all sorts a chance to occupy the plinth for an hour each. The project continues 24/7 for 100 days from July through October. You can watch the plinth performers online here.
