A win/win situation: Discounts for you, support for us

Drum roll, please!

The Reiki Digest is happy, proud, and grateful to introduce our new sponsors:

Hay House
Gaiam
Sounds True
Relax the Back
DHC Skin Care
Amanzi Tea
Juara Skin Care
MagazineLine

And of course we continue to appreciate the longtime support of the sponsors who've been with us for years:

Dancing Light Candles
The International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP)
Amazon.com

...as well as the advertisers who have supported this publication in the past.

Shopping via The Reiki Digest is a win/win situation for all concerned: our readers, our advertisers, and us.

For you: Each of our advertisers is offering discounts and special offers for Reiki Digest readers. All you need to do to take advantage of those offers is click on an ad and start shopping.

For us: The Reiki Digest is available free online, with free archives (unlike many publications) going back to our first issue in July 2006. Email and RSS subscriptions are free, too, and we'd like to keep it that way. Our staff gets absolutely no compensation for the work we do on the Digest -- we would like to change that -- and we have asked our readers for donations to help cover some of the costs involved in publishing the Digest. To the handful of readers who've answered that call and chipped in, we are profoundly grateful, and we continue to seek and welcome donations from our readers (just click on the "donate" button to do that). But so far we haven't come close to covering our costs. If we can't find a way to do that, at some point we won't be able to continue providing this service to the global Reiki community. That's where our advertisers come in.

For our advertisers: Reiki practitioners are an important niche market, because people interested in Reiki are also likely to be interested in other aspects of what's known as the LOHAS industry: Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability. LOHAS consumers are also known as green consumers or "cultural creatives," and the most recent estimates say the LOHAS market is worth $335 billion in the United States alone and is rapidly growing globally as well.

Here are some of the discounts and special offers we've arranged for you this week Just click on the images for more information. And remember that our longtime advertisers offer discounts to our readers every day.
