Reiki now has its own wiki!

What's a wiki? It's "a collection of web pages designed to enable anyone who accesses it to contribute or modify content," according to the world's best-known wiki, the Wikipedia. Wikis are popping up all over cyberspace, from the closed wikis of corporate intranets to indie wikis on every imaginable topic.

Now Reiki has its own wiki, the Reiki Wiki founded by Bronwen and Frans Stiene of the International House of Reiki and their students worldwide. Launched just days ago, it already has hundreds of pages and is expanding rapidly. You can register and contribute your comments even if you're not one of the Stienes' students, so the site is open to all. "Basically the motivation behind creating the Reiki Wiki comes down to a love of finding out about, and supporting the education of, FACTUAL information about this wonderful Japanese spiritual practice," according to the site's home page.

Rather than write hundreds of words about it here, we'll keep this brief and suggest you check out some of the hundreds of pages there, and maybe even add a few words (or pages) of your own.
